Hi!
I’m Leisa Ann.
Aussie-born, New Yorker at heart. Former Manhattan real estate pro turned USPS letter carrier. Proud mom. West Point mom. A dreamer who hit 50, became an empty nester, and decided…
IT’S TIME…
Time to chase the dream my 20-year-old self imagined. Time to step fully into my passion. Time to take a bucket-list journey with a purpose.
I’m walking 3,000 miles from Los Angeles to New York City to raise awareness for suicide prevention and to shift the conversation from mental illness to mental fitness.
As the founder of the Keep Me Posted campaign, I believe mental health should be as routine as checking the mail. Through storytelling, connection, and showing up—mile after mile—I’m advocating for open conversations and real support systems, so no one feels left behind.
This walk isn’t just a journey—it’s a movement. A call to action to stamp out stigma, stay posted on our mental well-being, and build a culture where asking for help is strength, not shame.
Join me—on the road, from afar, or as a partner in spreading this mission. Together, we’re delivering hope, resilience, and change—one step at a time.
